Not to contact Roadside through Hyundai.

We need roadside service today February 18, 2020 due to negligent from the Dealer who decide to change the battery without needed on February 12,2020. We contact the Roadside Service at 800-243-**** at 11:35 a.m , and know is 3:28 p.m. the towing service had not arrive. Contacted customer service several time and the only thing they said is there has been emergency etc, will be there in an hour. This is the most unreliable company ever experience. Spoke with Frank, Manager at the Service Department at Doral Hyundai the only thing he said is we don't have any control of the towing services. With all respect this company and the Dealer service is the worst experience I ever had for been the first time leasing my car. Don't recommend this company for Roadside Service at all. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BEEN WAITING 4 HOURS IN A PARKING LOT WITH A DEAD BATTERY. Erich.
