I booked a car from Car Flexi website and they took deposit from me. I couldn't take a car from airport since we found out with Europcar compony that I have problems with my visa. I asked for deposit refund from CarFlexi, I got no unswears from them. Also they charged me extra insurance without my permission for it. I have sent couple of mails and messages on their website, no unswears
