Not satisfied with results from the issue I’m having

I purchased touchless faucet that just stopped and no water coming out. I spoke with Home Depot and Glacier Bay and was sent a new sensor box and facet head once the Plumber installed them I was getting water but only manually. Now when calling back to Home Depot or Glacier Bay I get referred to back and forth only to be told someone will contact me, of which I'm still waiting for. User's recommendation: would not buy Glacier Bay.
