Dear sir/mam, My name is chandra prakash..i booked the flat there at sante majra mohali office in 13 lacs 90k in crystal home society that is situated in sector 126 near shivalik city kharar landran road. while booking i gvn 50000/- and they had promised also with me if loan not be sanction ur booking amnt wound be refundable and also they had written in reciept. they also tried for loan twice bt its nt happen and also my money is debited for processing fee from my bank account,, both the bank was yes and pnd . according to that reciept if loan nt sanction money is refundable bt they are nt refunding. i gvn application on 17th may 19 for refund money at land twister office. u knw, they had accepted the application for refund my money, they also promised with me with in 45 days we will refund the money bt till now they are nt refunding... they are forcing to me for 3rd tym loan...i denied,, u all are also can understand 1 tym peaple will try for loan, i tried twice bt its nt happen so if i am trying again my CIBIL score will down as well as processing fee again will deduct..intrest rate will be higher..they are nt understanding,,,,and also muted response there.....i wants my money come back...i am belonging very middle class family...50k its very huge money for me so return my money asap
