Not responding to order status

I ordered Ball Caps on 6/4/21 and was given an estimated ship date between 6/8 and 6/10. My order #4295202. It is now 6/14 and no caps have arrived. I have tried multiple times to contact the company for an updated status via website, email and phone. The contact through the website and email have both been unresponsive. The phone just rings and rings with no answer the times I have called. I am CST and have tried calling between 1pm and 4pm. The number I am calling is [protected] and the email address is [protected]@opentip.com. Ideally I would like the caps shipped.
