Not recording
c20x. only 5 months old. had two cameras replaced. now having recording issue. tech service changed settings. ok for a couple of days. tech service changed settings again. ok for couple of days again. now tech service says it is a problem with hard drive. now tell me I need to send it in. hopefully I will get it back quick. this is my second night owl system. had to replace it because replacement cameras were no longer available. I paid quite a bit for the c20x and should not be having all these issues with a unit that is only 5 months old.
