Hi I purchased men and women garden gnomes. I have received one, But when I go and put my password or E-mail to pay for the voucher it just comes up as error could I pay for this over the phone or send a cheque to your selves. Please can you advise me I ordered 4men 4women gnome 706483**** / 756755**** / 814754****
