Still not received any acknolgment of my returned item and obviously no refund when I returned it on 18th November, just getting pushed from pillar to post and phone just rings out all the time, considering Ive shopped there for years I think its the worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my entire life, so hence Im still £77 out of pocket any no further down the line User's recommendation: Swerve this gaff.
