I am a very frustrated customer. I have various emails regarding my refund. I have sent back the shoes via fed ex with your shipping label that you provided via fed ex. The tracking number is 786136****63. It was received by you guys on the 29th of April 2021. So far I have not received my refund. I have sent various emails and I get a respond back from Katie with the same BS. I have tried calling you, and yet when I get put on hold I get disconnected. This is very bad customer service. I will never buy a item from your site anymore. I would like a solution as soon as possibe. Hector
