Not pleased with my food

Not once but twice now in 2 weeks, Arby's had cheated me on my food and amount. Being OTR truck driver we don't have alot of time some days but to order our food grab it and go. Get down the road and open the bag only to be disappointed. No one has returned my call (s) and they're not making it right which is their guarantee!
