When I try to redeem my money through Paypal or an e-gifcard, Survey Junkie won't let me without additional account verification. The only way to do that is if someone from Survey Junkie calls me. I've sent multiple emails, submitted multiple requests and haven't heard anything. So my money that I earned (not worth it for the time I spent doing surveys) is sitting in my account not being used. Such a scam. Don't waste your time. User's recommendation: Do not use Survey Junkie! A waste of time, and horrible customer support.
