To, The Operation Manager / Management Fly Dubai, U.A.E. Complain against your Staff at Delhi Airport, India Dear Sir / Madam, Greetings, With due respect, I "Rajinder Pal Singh" would like to draw your kind attention towards your attended staff at Delhi Airport (India) who are misguided & harassed us (me and my wife "Harbans Kaur"), as follows: • They said Flight time (check-in) not yet started. • We have extra/overweight luggage, for which Fly Dubai staff has asked the money (900 Indian Rupee) and we give them 1000 Rupee and told them to keep 100 Rupee as a tip. • After sometime they said only we can travel through this flight and our luggage will not allowed to go due to overweight and they said if you want to take this luggage with you then pay us 50, 000 Rupee, which we agree to pay through our credit card but they refused and insisting us to pay cash not via credit card. Also, they threaded and said if we not pay those cash they will make sure to cancel all our connecting flights. • Then we asked them to returned back our extra weight luggage as our relatives are here at airport so we can give them these extra weight baggage and we can take only allowed weight with us but they refused. • During our above discussion the time was over and we missed our flight from Delhi to Dubai with Flydubai and our tickets were cancelled and please note that our boarding passes of British Airways were ready from Dubai to Heathrow Airport (London), copy attached. • After that we booked another ticket of British Airways as direct flight from Delhi to London ( Arrival at London Airport Photos Attached)(copy attached). In view of the above, we humbly request you to please take an immediate action against your staff at Delhi Airport in order to not repeat the same with other passengers.
