Not honoring full gap payoff on 2018 chevy equinox

Well I filed a gap claim they they paid about 40 percent on my claim on a 2018 Chevy Equinox. Im a sales Manager for a GM dealership and we sell their products if that doesn't put a bad taste in you're mouth. They gave me some song and dance story cmon that's why people buy Gap! I would not recommend safeguard at all unless this is taken care of. I need to speak to someone higher up Im going to pass this on to my attorney who is handling my accident case.I would not recommend safeguard not happy with this for as long as it took!
