Not honest company with employees

My aunt was the store manager of the Easley store the last year it was open and her boss told her she would be going to the Greenville store as a manager in waiting and then when the time came told her they didn't have the budget. So then he moved her there as an assistant manager and said when another store opened she could move to that store. Well another store opened the end of June,and he didn't even talk to her he just put another manager in that store. I don't see why she stays with a company that treats their employees this way. Straight up lies.
