We ordered a Catalina swim spa from the local dealer in Reno NV in May and was told that it would take 610 weeks due to COVID. Sounded about right. Twelve weeks went but by so we contacted Catalina Spa company and the parent company and was told nothing. The local agent said they are not giving him information as well. My wife needs to get her money back as it will be December soon. Never had to deal with a company that treats the client so bad. Pissed off in Reno User's recommendation: beware.
