ordered a carport and was told it would be 8 weeks at almost 12weeks and a number of unanswered phone calls the carport was put up. The dealer selling this was as nice and helpful as he could be and the installers other than being late the day they came was great, they were very nice and cleaned up well behind themselves. BUT the communication from the company and schedulers was horrible. I left several messages that were never returned and kristi was not nice to do business with. Would not send and of my friends or Family to them. User's recommendation: dont expect any communication from this company. the company, the people you go to to buy this is just a broker and you dont have anyone to go to to complain. The company will not call you back.
