One of your staff would not let my son who is autistic and got learning difficulties go to the disabled toilet she said that we need to buy something before she would let them him use it we were going to buy food but cause she stoped him using it her attitude was was out of order and she was really rude I am very disappointed and angry as I am his mum and a carer a big company like this treating disabilities like they dont care is outrageous and needs to go back to board room
