Last week while I was making supper and not on my phone at all an invoice popped up on my email saying I had purchased star lords loot I then hit the link and got a refund for something that on your end you guys let happen. Now I log on and all my untits that I worked hard getting are gone the 250 units from the mysterious purchase are gone and I’m -999 untits. I’ve been playing this game for 10 years and I want this fixed right away. It’s not bad enough you guys did a purchase without my authorization but now your punishing me Give me back my units and a bit more for having to deal with you guys charging me without my permission and a few extra because I’m dealing with the bullshit
