not getting payment

*SOLVED

My order 1333062 was sent ($187 total) over a month ago and I never received my payment!!! Extremely upset and they even deducted the price for it not being shipped on time when it was sent the next day I made the order!!! I want answers now. No phone number to even contact anyone. I have sent a message to their contact email multiple times and no one has responded!!
