Not getting paper constantly

I am not receiving my paper - I pay for Thursday and Sunday and I maybe get one of those days each week. Today is Thursday - no paper. I have personally spoken to Star Ledger Customer Service people on at least 5 occasions in the past month and a half - they promise to contact my carrier. I am calling today and cancelling my subscription -
