Not getting a refund for cancelled order

I purchased BerryLook clothing 2 days ago in the amount of C$ 76.23 just to realize that their sizes do not correspond to the sizes I expected them to manufacture. I made the purchase as a guest i.e. I didn't register with their site prior to buying the clothing. The didn't send any purchase confirmation emails although I provided my email address to them. I sent them order cancellation notice , but don't know if they ever received it or not. I also called customer service numbers they provided on their website, but they are not functional , i.e. I couldn't get anyone to talk to about my order and order cancellation request. User's recommendation: Check the company histry, rating and customers' reviews before proceeding with your purchases.
