My AcuRite weather station with lightning detector model number 06046 is not functioning. The temperature wind speed and direction and rainfall is not working. The hold outside unit is not working. It says to change batteries and the outside unit which I did with new ones. Which that did not help I also checked the old batteries which were good. I need information on how to return this with a replacement. User's recommendation: I really wouldn't recommend AcuRite weather station with lightning detector 06046.
