i worked for Noble Ford a Tech did not have mush for tools so I told him could use them as long as he put them back. i loaned them to him so the company could still make money. Upon my returning to work found in value 350 in tools stolen from my tool box. The shop supervisor could careless did a poor search as most techs where not at work that day. I have followed up with emails and letters to the company lesson learned never trust anyone with your tools for the trade. Valuable lesson learned. It makes wonder if loose change or other items in the vehicle would they take them as well.one can only guess.
