Update by user Feb 21, 2020 info only Original review posted by user Feb 21, 2020 Consumer Cellular ads always site JD Powers #1 rated award for cell service. example of your top rated cell company. - often Dropped call - twice in attempted chat with them, 1 no answer & 1 not available message - 3 time attempted calling; 1 too long on hold 1/2 hour and; 2 using their call-back method with 1 no call back and 1 over 3 hours later. - pricing is great but folks should know truthfully what they will be getting.
