My 5 in one weather station display died after a brief electrical outage. CS said they know of the problem. Since my unit was out of warranty by 3 months, they offered me a new display for 25% off, $75. I believe the CS is by 3rd party contract and they could care less about customer satisfaction. Don't Buy! User's recommendation: Stay clear!
