I was given an Urthbox gift certificate for my birthday. When I went online to redeem it, I was curious why they wanted MY credit card number. Now I know why; they continued to send me packages and charged my card! The last charge was for $109.00 for a box I did not order! As others have said, many of the products were items I couldn’t or wouldn’t consume - ie beef jerky. They say they will refund the last charge, but time will tell.
