I bought with a Redfin agent in December 2019, and had a good experience. I think I had to do a little more work than with a full-service agent, but that's my style. My agent was communicative, effective, honest, and ethical. Remember people don't take the time to post good reviews on a site called "pissed off consumer". User's recommendation: Your experience in life is as good as you make it. Don't blame others.
