Not enough hours in the day for this crap

We need to do a refund over the machines limit. We were on the phone SIX hours yesterday trying to get them to over ride the tiny limit. Today i called the 1-888 number and they told me to call "Global NORF" which i guess is global north? I called THEM and she tried to give me the other number! I'm about ready to snap.
