I lost my card, so I call them to cancel and ask for a new one.and also give them mt new address they tell me I need to fax them proof of address, so I do call them back now they tell me yesterday I've got to wait 4 hours to confirm the fax, so I call them back there closed. So now i call them give her my information tells me to hold i do get back on the tells me something, and I am like do u have by the fax i sent u goes silent for about 3min am like hello nothing so i hang up call back it like some pick it up but its silent .am so mad I don't know what to do .IAM out of food for my kids and these people got my money.playing game.
