I have the warranty for my roof in case it starts leaking. It did. They hire a contractor that can't show up, can't return calls,can't work on the roof in the heat.... now they're saying I have to hire my own contractor and get all the estimates and pay for it, then they MAY reimburse me. When my mom suggested this about an urgent repair, they said they don't do that. Yeah, something isn't adding up. I've gotten nothing but given the run around and lied to from this company. I can't get a supervisor to call me back User's recommendation: Find another company.
