Not Delivered But Did Get Full Refund

Ordered flower arrangement on Thursday afternoon for Friday delivery. Even spoke with them on the phone to see if a particular vase was included. They said yes and suggested I order it over the internet to save money. I ordered it, but it did not arrive. On Saturday, I called and there was not answer. It was a holiday weekend, so had to wait until Tuesday. Called once and was told they would confirm with the driver that the delivery was not made. Called a second time and was rudely spoken to, trying to get me to agree to let the driver go out and make the delivery that day (despite me requesting a full refund) and hung up on me. READ the TERMS & CONDITIONS carefully. If you allow them to reschedule, they can send out whatever and you have no recourse. I definitely wanted a refund as they were not a "local" florist. They are not even located in that state. I called a third time and the young lady was so pleasant indicating it would be a couple minutes, but she would get back to me. I no sooner emailed them confirmation of our discussion, when I received an email indicating they would refund the money. It took 4 days to get it, but I did get it. There's a lot of negative info out there regarding Troy's Florist which I did not discover until I was looking for their telephone number to request a refund. When I look for a local florist it's because I know they personally deliver local. Troy's does not, but seems to represent themselves that way.
