New online customer. Purchased dog product. Better price than local vet. Aggressively intrusive online sales policy. They want personal info mandatory that has nothing to do with the order. It's annoying to have a rescue dog and not be allowed to order from them unless i know his birthday. Sorry, wasn't there. At the end, with no option to opt out, they say that by purchasing from them I also am giving them permission to send promo's. Basically they demand the right to flood your email just from buying a product. At some point these fields should be optional. So mixed bag. I like the retail store. Unlikely to purchase online from them again with this invasive bullying style online policy. User's recommendation: likely get a good price in exchange for your privacy and ability to choose contact options.
