I have to let people know, after having a great trip 2 years ago booked through Virgin Vacations, i was disappointed to learn they in-fact have no connection to Virgin Atlantic. I used them because I wanted a first line of communication incase of a problem. Flash forward to booking another trip for this year, I booked myself online, picking my air and my hotel on Virgin Vacations website , paid my deposit and discovered via an email 6 days later that now my hotel I booked was not available. I called and spoke to Sarah, who was very helpful, but long story short, my price increased over $400.00. I decided i didn't want to do that, so I called that night to cancel and go another route. I spoke to Hakeem who put me on hold for 20 minutes to speak to the "manager" he came back said it was no problem, I would get a call in 24 hours to confirm my refund, 2 days later after no call I called again, spoke to Jean who put me on hold 20 minutes "manager" excuse, she said I would get a refund and it would be issued from Gate 1 travel, 2 days later no word. I called again 2 days later, Spoke to a different Jean, another 20 minute on hold "manager", 2 days later OI sent an email to this Sarah I originally spoke to when changing the hotel. I booked my original trip March 17 and March 23 the change happened and I cancelled the night March 23. It took 2 weeks to get my refund after 3 phone calls, many empty promises and a lack of concern. They are GATE 1 TRAVEL, no connection to Virgin Atlantic . Be aware,
