Not able to use my card
1
I was approved for an Apple Card by Goldman Sachs and I wasnt able to use my card. I was trying to buy a computer through Apple and part of the purchase was going on the Apple Card. I had a available credit of $2000 and was unable to have anything go through without being declined, even after I verified that it wasnt fraud (the card account was new and I was trying to max out the credit limit). I can understand getting flagged for security reasons when trying to max out a credit limit on a new card but once I cleared this up and we had waited for a day to pass because of the many attempts to fix the situation, I didnt receive any callbacks from representatives that promised they would call me back and I didnt get the issue resolved because they just kept telling me that the credit was available - it was not going through according to Apple. But while getting an Apple representative and a Goldman Sachs representative on a three way call three times over two days nothing was resolved. No one seemed to know what was going on. I ended up using a different credit card instead of the Apple Card and therefore did not get cash back on my Apple purchase. A frustrating few days and way too much familiarity of their hold music. Thanks for nothing Goldman Sachs.
