I purchased three one hundred dollar vanilla visa gift card for my grandchildren. I have been able to check balance with the 16 numbers on the gift receipt until today. They don't show anything on the cards. I am so ticked. The last time I checked the cards had not been used all of the money was still on them. I will never purchase another gift card if I am not able to get this straightened out. I hope that I can get this matter straightened out. Getting the run around with customer care today not good!!!
