Not a return-friendly company/Is not on the up-and-up with personal account details

Ordered a compressor start device for fridge. It was not the answer to my issue. Within 3 days I went to AppliancePartsPros website to obtain authorization to return the part. My account showed that I did not have any order history. They said that any parts that had been installed could not be returned. I had no way of course to leave any feedback as my account history was blank. The part is in perfect condition. Guess I will sell it on eBay. Not a return-friendly company.
