Order # D0090363P1 8/19/2020 Model # SS470 Serial # 1F170DK1986. Case # 0590**** We ordered a Cub Cadet trimmer from you direct 8/19/20 and paid $210.94 on 8/21/2020. We tried it on 8/27/2020 and found it leaking oil badly through the oil filter! We telephoned the Service Dept. on 8/27/2020 and spoke to Steven Smithson who told us to take it to a local agent, which we did and told us you have a 75% rule policy and the trimmer was not worth repairing. We then spoke to Steven Smithson again on 8/31/2020 and he offered to replace the trimmer, which we declined and asked for out money back. He then told us it would take up to 21 days for us to get our money returned. To date 11/19/2020 we still have received no money or even communication and want to know what is happening! User's recommendation: STEAR CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!
