Non responsive, lack of ethics, downright liars

I booked a 6 day trip to Italy for a friend and myself, we travel light and needed one suitcase between us, which meant one in one out.... No the rep booked to out and non return . I have been chasing for two weeks to get one case cancelled going out and one booked back. They had the audacity to tell me that I had booked icases myself and Ryan air confirmed this. I was given the run around passed from pillar to post dealt with desrespectavly by a supervisor. Ended up ringing customer services myself, the agent told me , cases booked in my name , when I tried to cancel, told I could not action as my email, telephone number and account address were not what was given , he confirmed all info supplied related to Crystal Travel, but used my card details. They are still arguing that I am accountable for cases no offer to resolve or assist. They are a shyster company who are part of the Moresand group who have a very bad reputation. Iwith a week to travel I have no choice but to try and purchase another suit case or cases. This holiday is a little respite to collect myself over the death of my husband 9 months ago and my youngest son 4 months ago. It's not the cost it's the reprehensible attitude of this company and their lack of ethics. The caveat " buyer beware" certainly applies to Crystal Travel.
