Non-receipt of large carpet ordered

I ordered from Amazon a large carpet that apparently uses this company called Ceva Logistics to deliver this item. I ordered it almost 3 weeks ago and the company has not called me to make an appointment nor does their website recognize the tracking number Amazon gave me. Every time I call the company I get hung up on and no one answers User's recommendation: DO NOT ORDER FROM AMAZON WITH THIS COMPANY INVOLVED.
