Dear Canva Customer Service, I applied for an upgrade of my free account to a Non-profit account over two weeks ago. I submitted the required documents, mentioned in the eligibility criteria for the country of incorporation (Poland) and so far nothing happened. Can someone please look at my account and either upgrade it according to your policy or advise me that something is missing. Thank you and best regards, Matthew Sztukiewicz Foundation TERRA FIRMA
