I can't express how wonderful it is to have a friendly and professional customer service (not sure that's his area..billing/tech support?) representative as with Rob Wells. Rob went out of his way to help me compare my energy bill to Teslas...it seems something may be off w/energy company and it'll soon be resolved thanks 100% to Rob's investigating and perseverance on my inquiry.
