I listed a gun, a bidder won the gun. The bidder never paid for said gun. Asked for refund for re-listing cost. The process says you have to wait 4 days and then re-list Gun. I re-listed the gun for the 10 days as required. It run auction and a new bidder bought the gun. The new bidder paid right away. Then the original non-paying bidder paid also. So I had two boxers paid for the one gun I had to sale. No customer support to rectify the situation. I call the new bidder and he agreed to cancel the order and we worked it out. I cancelled the order in the gunbroker system and refunded his money. I then shipped the gun to the the original bidder. Gunbroker chargers me the final fee for the original sale, then the re-list fee for the new listing and then a final fee for the second sale and also state sales tax of the new sale. The new sale was cancelled and they still expect their fees and the state taxes on a sale that I never completed. Emailed support 15 days ago wi the no response. User's recommendation: Do not use.
