NON ISSUE OF SECOND CYLINDER

SIR, I HAVE APPLIED FOR SECOND CYLINDER ON 07 MAY 2008. BUT NEITHER THEY ARE GIVING ME A SERIAL NO. NOR THEY HAVE ISSUED ME THE SECOND CYLINDER. I GUESS THEY ARE TRYING TO DO SOME MANIPULATION AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NIL TRANSPARENCY. SIR, WITH ONE CYLINDER IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO MANAGE AS YOU KNOW. THANKING YOU
