Non-existent customer service

I placed an order for a cellphone from cellhut.com, and shortly thereafter received an order acknowledgement via email. After no change in the status of the order for a week (checking my order status online), nor any communication from the company, I spent a few days emailing and leaving phone messages for customer service asking for an update on the order. I received no response from any of these requests. In fact, there is no way for the consumer to know whether or not this company is still in business, given their incredible lack of action. I have just cancelled the order. I am taking my business elsewhere. You should, too.
