I bought a watch from them in late 2018 that was on sale for around $45. Just recently on of the watch hands fell off. On their website, it says the watch comes with a 2-year warranty. I have tried countless times, using several avenues, to get them to respond about either fixing the watch, replacing it, or getting a refund. So far there has been ZERO response (and they don't list a phone number). Stay away from these internet scammers and buy from a real company!!!
