Non-delivery (twice) and Attempted delivery of Known Damaged item

After 3 bitter experiences with NSD it is time to document . Damaged item was Kayak ordered from Amazon. Security cameras picked up drivers dumping the Back in January kayak and reversing to drive off. I ran out and stopped them. Kayak had a 3 inch hole from a forklift covered by the delivery notice. Refused delivery. Delivery Receipt 9948518. Non delivery (they claimed July 16th.) L shaped desk from Amazon via my company service awards program. Received refund and reordered same item. Shows delivery August 11th but there was no delivery and NSD had already cancelled and refunded Amazon. No responses from customer service either phone or email. I no longer will order anything from Amazon if NSD Shows as the carrier. Totally inefficient and I fail to understand why Amazon would tie their name to a company like this. Very poor communication and a total lack of customer care
