Your person who answered the call was extremely rude. She did not want to hear the completion of my complaint. Her disrespect for your customers is completely unacceptable. She then proceeded to hang up on me during the middle of the conversation. Ive never been so disrespected by a reputable company. Please speak to this person. Her actions definetly call for reprimand
