Non delivery of paid item

Ecco shoes ordered on 17th July 2021 have not been delivered and no delivery details have been given. Shoes were paid for on 17th July 2021 and the money left my account on that day. ECCO SOFT 7 SNEAKERS FOR MEN- DARK BLUE/DARK BROWN [protected] size 10 1.Please inform me of the reason for this delay and when I can expect delivery. 2.
