I know the delivery portion of ordering thru Redbubble is not their fault but the lack of customer support to find orders that never gets delivered have become a norm. Unfortunately I have no choice but to switch to Amazon or Etsy. Sad because RB has some great products, you just never get them or reimbursed. User's recommendation: Use Amazon or Etsy.
