Non delivered flowers

Ordered flowers with flexible delivery in advance, and they were never delivered. Called several times, even had a call back early this morning they assured me that they would be delivered. Now it's after 9 pm on Mother's Day and no flowers. I have been on hold over 2 hours, actually still on hold with no answer. User's recommendation: unreliable, no customer service.
